| Overdue accounts are subject to 1.5% per month
service charge. In the event that it becomes necessary to
enforce payment, applicant agrees to pay all collection, attorney
and/or court costs incurred by seller in such action. Applicant
further agrees that is suit is necessary, such suit will be
brought in Lamar County, Georgia.
Guarantee: We guarantee
our stock to be vigorous, healthy, and true to name a described.
No other guarantee or warranty is expressed or implied. All
products are offered and delivered subject to availability
and current crop conditions. Our liability in all instances
is limited to the purchase price. Claims for shortages, damages,
or otherwise unsatisfactory products must be noted on Bill
of Ladingat time of delivery. Please call within 48 hours
to report a claim.
Delivery: Sugar Hill Nurseries,
LLC, will assist in the delivery of our product through tractor
trailer or gooseneck services. Delivery costs are at the expense
of the Buyer and due at the time of delivery.

open for business from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through
